The partnership covers the men’s and women’s football teams as well as the club’s basketball division. As a Gold Partner, Celonis also gains access to FC Bayern’s partner network, which includes numerous globally leading companies.
FC Bayern plans to use Celonis’ process intelligence software to optimise operations across multiple departments, including HR and finance, merchandising, customer service and ticketing.
